Turgo turbine
Inclined -jet turbine is mainly suitable for power stations with high head and low flow. Water flow from the reservoir or pressure pool through the diversion pipe, and then through the nozzle at a high speed on the blade of the circumference of the runner, driving the runner to rotate. After the water passes through the runner, it falls into the tailwater tank under the housing and then drains into the downstream channel. The inclined-jet turbine is used for small hydropower stations with a water head of 20-200m, which drives the hydrogenerator to rotate and generate electrical energy. The inclined-jet turbine has vertical shaft, horizontal shaft arrangement, bearing, bearing shell structure and automatic, manual and electric speed regulation.

The unit axis of the runner blade of the inclined flow turbine is inclined. Thus, in the region of the runner, the water flows in a direction that is inclined to the axis of the unit.The inclined volute is welded to the seat ring of the cast-welded structure, and the twelve seat ring struts are inclined to the horizontal line by 35°. The inclined guide water mechanism with 45° inclination Angle is composed of 24 guide blades, guide vane transmission mechanism, turbine top cover 4 and the bottom ring of the water guide mechanism. The guide vane of the double-supported structure has a symmetrical airfoil that varies with height. The guide vane bearing is a wooden bearing, which is automatically lubricated by the water in the flowing part. In order to prevent water leakage, a rubber bowl is installed in the upper journal. The guide vane transmission mechanism is composed of a swivel arm, a connecting rod hinged with a ball pin and a control ring hinged with a ball pin. The control ring is connected to two circular actuators by special hinges.
A wheel chamber welded from a die forged stainless steel plate with a finished inner surface. The ten blades of the runner are cast from stainless steel at an Angle of 45° to the axis of the main shaft. The scraper relay drives the rotating blade mechanism by operating the shaft, so as to make the blade rotate. The blade Angle is 30°.
Because the volute and the seat ring are also inclined, the flow passage from the volute to the draft pipe is relatively straight, so it can not only improve the efficiency of the turbine, but also reduce the plane size of the unit.
